Device management has moved out of Tattoo Studio Pro and into the unified Account Portal at account.tattoostudiopro.com/devices. Web, iOS, and Android sign-ins all show up in one list there, alongside the rest of your account settings.
The old in-app Settings > Devices page is gone. Bookmarks to that path now redirect you to the Account Portal automatically.
Where the Devices List Lives Now
Open account.tattoostudiopro.com/devices (or click Devices from the Account Portal) to see every device that has signed into your account.
Web browser sessions register through the same list, so you no longer need to check separate web and mobile pages to spot a device. iOS, Android, and web entries all sit in one table.
What the Devices Page Is
The list is a sign-in log, not an access control panel. Use it to:
- Spot unfamiliar devices that may indicate a compromised account
- See which platforms your team uses
- Rename a device entry to make the list easier to read
To actually revoke access for a former employee, deactivate their team profile inside Tattoo Studio Pro (see below). Removing a device row does not sign anyone out; it just deletes the log entry, which gets re-recorded the next time the user signs in.
Revoking Access for a Former Employee
To stop someone from being able to sign into your studio account at all:
- Open Tattoo Studio Pro and go to Team Management
- Open the team member’s profile
- Open the Permissions section
- Click Deactivate Account
Deactivating the team profile is what actually revokes access. After deactivation, that user can no longer use your studio’s PIN to access the app, and any future sign-in attempts on their devices will fail.
For full details on staff deactivation, see Staff Management.
Troubleshooting
Settings > Devices doesn’t open in the app
- Expected. Devices was consolidated into the Account Portal as of v4.2. The settings entry now external-links to
account.tattoostudiopro.com/devicesand bookmarks to the old path redirect there automatically.
Unrecognized device in the list
- Open the entry and check the account email to see which user signed in
- If you don’t recognize the email, change your account password from Account Portal > Security and contact support
- Deactivate the corresponding team profile in Tattoo Studio Pro if the device belongs to someone who should no longer have access
I deleted a device but it came back
- Expected behavior. The list re-records devices on every sign-in. To prevent the user from signing in again, deactivate their team profile in Team Management.
Web session doesn’t appear in the list
- A new web sign-in registers asynchronously. Refresh the Account Portal devices page after a few seconds.
- If the entry still doesn’t appear, sign out and back in once to force a fresh registration.
