SET IT UP once.

Every service you offer and every product you sell, defined once with its price, tax rule, and form requirement. From that point forward it is a tap at checkout, a line in reports, and a rule that keeps you compliant.

A catalog is not a spreadsheet.

Most studios run pricing from memory. The artist quotes it, the front desk types it in, the tax gets calculated on a phone calculator, aftercare lives in a notebook next to the register, and the report at the end of the month is a guess. Every step is a place where the number can drift.

A proper catalog means the service, the price, the tax, and the consent requirement all travel together. Add a tattoo line to checkout and the rule that a waiver must be signed shows up with it. Charge for aftercare and the retail sale lands in the right report row. One definition, used everywhere.

What the catalog does for you.

Services

Any service, priced the way you sell it

Tattoos, piercings, consultations, touch-ups. Fixed price or hourly. Override the default at checkout when custom work warrants it. Your catalog matches what actually happens on the floor.

Retail

Retail products, in your own categories

Aftercare, piercing jewelry, studio merch, whatever you sell. Custom categories. Retail revenue tracked separately from tattoo services in reports, so you see each side of the business without math.

Consent

Forms linked at the service level

Mark tattoos and piercings as requiring a completed form. Checkout is blocked until the client signs. Consultations and merch sales skip the requirement. Enforcement is automatic, not memory.

Tax

Tax rules applied at the line level

Set your sales tax rate once. Mark each item as taxable or not. Tax calculates automatically at checkout and rolls into reports for bookkeeping. Your accountant stops asking for clarifications.

Checkout

Flows straight into Queue checkout

Catalog items are available as line items during Queue checkout with a few taps. Services, products, tips, discounts: every line traces back to the catalog definition.

Reports

Revenue split by service and product

Revenue by service or product shows up in your financial reports the same second the transaction closes. One source of truth, one flow, one number you trust at month-end.

"Setting up a catalog sounds like a project I'll never get to."

It's smaller than it sounds. You're not cataloguing a warehouse; you're listing the dozen or so things you actually charge for. A few tattoo lines, your hourly rate, a piercing or two, consultations, the aftercare you sell at the counter. Most studios knock it out in an afternoon and barely touch it again, because the catalog only changes when your prices do.

And you don't have to do it cold. The 30-day trial runs alongside whatever you use now, and the onboarding call is with Paul, the founder, who'll set the catalog up with you against how your studio actually prices things. He takes around 20 of those a month.

What the catalog does not do.

It is not inventory management. The catalog tracks what you charge for, not stock levels. If you need to know how many bottles of aftercare are on the shelf, that is a separate tool.

It is not a bookings-only service menu. The catalog is the source for checkout and reports. Booking services are also defined here, but the catalog is broader than just what is bookable.

Tax is a flat studio-wide rate, not a per-jurisdiction calculation. If you have multiple locations in multiple tax jurisdictions, talk to us about Empire plans.

Quick answers.

Can I add services that don't require a consent form?

Yes. You decide per service. Tattoos and piercings usually do. Consultations, merch sales, and aftercare usually don't.

Can I adjust pricing at checkout?

Yes. The catalog sets the default; you can override at checkout for custom work, discounted sessions, or touch-ups that vary from your posted price.

How does tax work?

Set your sales tax rate in Settings. Mark each catalog item as taxable or not. Tax calculates at checkout and tracks in reports.

Is this included on every plan?

Yes. Every plan includes the full catalog system.

Works with the rest of your studio.
