Export your data.
Pull a CSV, spreadsheet, or whatever export your current system gives you. Square, Mindbody, Acuity, Vagaro, Booksy, Google Sheets, even an old paper system someone typed up. We work with what you have.

Email it to us.
Send the file to support@tattoostudiopro.com. Include any context that helps us map fields correctly (custom columns, what status codes mean, etc.).

We import it.
Our team imports your client list into your Tattoo Studio Pro account, mapped to the right fields. Anything we cannot map automatically, we flag so you can decide.

You are ready.
Client profiles are set up and ready to use from day one. Bookings, forms, payments, and reports all reference the imported data.

What formats do you support?
CSV, Excel, Google Sheets, anything tabular. Square, Mindbody, Acuity, Vagaro, Booksy, Schedulicity, MyTime, GlossGenius, paper-to-spreadsheet. If it is structured client data we can almost always map it. Send us a sample and we will tell you in a day.
How much does it cost?
Free. The migration is on us. There is no setup fee, no per-record charge, no upsell.
Will I lose any client history?
No. We import client contact info, history fields, and any notes you have. Anything we cannot map automatically we flag so you can decide what to do with it.
How long does the import take?
Usually a couple business days from when we receive your file. Larger lists or unusual formats can take a little longer. We confirm receipt and give you a timeline.
What if my current platform is not on your list?

Do I need to start the trial first?
