How long does it take to build a custom website?
Most sites launch in 3-4 weeks. Timeline depends on how many artists, what integrations you need, and how quickly you can provide content (photos, bios, etc.). Rush projects available for an additional fee.
Do I need to be using Tattoo Studio Pro already?
It helps, but no. If you're planning to switch to Tattoo Studio Pro, we can set up your site and integrations at the same time.
Can I update the website myself?
If you add the CMS option, yes. You'll be able to edit text, swap images, and publish blog posts without touching code. Otherwise, we handle updates as part of your monthly plan.
What if I already have a website?
We'll migrate your content and redirect your domain. Nothing gets lost, and your existing links keep working.
What's included in the monthly fee?
Hosting, SSL certificates, support, and minor updates. Your site stays fast, secure, and working without you thinking about it.
Can I sell merch through my site?
Yes. The merch shop add-on uses your existing Stripe Connect account (same one Tattoo Studio Pro uses for deposits). No separate payment processor needed.
What's the professional email add-on?
We set up branded email addresses like info@yourstudio.com, artist@yourstudio.com, etc. Looks more professional than a Gmail address and matches your domain.
I already bought a template or DFY setup. Does that count?
Yes. Whatever you've already spent with us is applied as credit toward a custom website. Bought the Artist Template for $99? That's $99 off. Paid for a done-for-you setup at $999? That's $999 off. We want upgrading to feel like a natural next step, not starting over.
Not ready for a custom build yet?
No problem. Most tattoo businesses don't need a custom build. Start with a template and upgrade when you're ready. Whatever you spend is credited toward a custom build later.
