What determines the cost of the plans?

What do I get with my plan?

Every plan includes our full set of tools: things like bookings, client profiles, reports, portfolios, team account logins, and more. Whether you're a solo user or a big team, you get everything we offer, scaled to your needs.

What happened to the old plans (FORMS, PLUS, PRO)?

Our old plans (FORMS, PLUS, and PRO) were based on different feature levels, but we've simplified things. The new plans focus on team size instead, giving everyone the same great tools. The old plans aren't available for new users, but some existing customers still use them.

Can I keep my old legacy plan?

If you're new, you'll start with one of our current plans, no switching required. For those who joined us earlier and have an old plan (like FORMS, PLUS, or PRO), they can keep it as long as they want. It's totally optional to move to a new plan, usually for access to our latest features.

If I keep my old plan, will I get updates?

Absolutely, you'll receive updates to keep your FORMS, PLUS, or PRO plan running smoothly. We continually enhance Tattoo Studio Pro, including the features in our legacy plans. For instance, if you're on a FORMS plan, any improvements to forms are yours. However, brand-new features we roll out, like Portfolios for example, will be exclusive to our current plans (SOLO, CREW, TRIBE, and so on), so switching to a new plan will unlock even more tools for your studio.
