Create your account.
Tap "Start Free Trial" and enter your email. Pick a plan based on team size. Every plan includes every feature, and you can upgrade any time. 30 days free, no credit card required.

Set up your studio profile.
Studio name, address, phone, logo, branding preferences. Configure your sales tax rate and local settings. Five minutes, once.

Add your team (optional).
Send email invitations to artists, front desk staff, or managers. Assign roles to control what each person can see. Manager and Health Official accounts are free and do not count toward your staff limit.

Customize your tools.
Create or upload custom consent forms with e-signatures. Set your booking availability, session types, and deposit rules. Add your services and any retail products you sell.

Start using it.
Book sessions on the calendar. SMS reminders go out automatically (unlimited). Accept deposits and payments through Stripe. Use the Queue or send check-in links so paperwork is done before clients arrive. Track sales and commissions from day one.
