The Account page in the Account Portal is where you manage how you sign in, update your email address, and control account-level security settings. Access it at account.tattoostudiopro.com/account.
Sign-In Methods
Tattoo Studio Pro supports three ways to sign in. Your current method is displayed at the top of the Account page.

| One-tap sign-in using your Google account. No separate password needed. | |
| Apple | Sign in with your Apple ID using Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple password. |
You can have multiple sign-in methods active at once. For example, if you signed up with Google, you can add a backup password as an additional option.
Adding a Backup Password
If you signed up with Google or Apple, you can set a password as an alternative way to sign in. This is useful if you ever lose access to your Google or Apple account, or if you want to sign in on a device where Google/Apple sign-in is not convenient.
To add a backup password:
- Go to account.tattoostudiopro.com/account
- Find the Sign-In Method section
- Click Add Password or Set Password
- Enter and confirm your new password
- Click Save
Passwords must be at least 12 characters. Adding a backup password does not remove your Google or Apple sign-in. Both methods remain active.
Changing Your Password
If you sign in with email and password and want to update your password:
- Go to the Account page
- Find the Password section
- Enter your current password and then your new password twice
- Click Update Password
If you have forgotten your current password, sign out and use the Forgot Password link on the sign-in page to reset it via email.
Changing Your Email Address
Your email address is the one used for sign-in and system notifications. Changing it requires email verification to confirm you own the new address.
To change your email:
- Go to the Account page
- Find the Email section
- Enter your new email address in both fields
- Click Request Email Change
- Check your new email address for a verification link
- Click the link in the email to confirm the change
Your email address does not change until you click the verification link. The link expires after a short period, so check your email promptly. You may be asked to re-authenticate before the request is allowed.
If you do not see the verification email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. The email comes from a tattoostudiopro.com address.
Connected Devices
For security, you can view and manage all devices signed in to your account from the Devices page. If you see a device you do not recognize, deauthorize it immediately and change your password. See the related article for full details.
Deleting Your Account
Account deletion is permanent. Once deleted, your account and all associated data cannot be recovered.
If you are a studio manager, deleting your account also deletes the entire studio and all linked staff accounts. Every team member loses access immediately. This cannot be undone. If you want to leave without deleting the studio, contact support to transfer ownership first.
To delete your account:
- Go to the Account page
- Scroll to the Danger Zone at the bottom of the page
- Click Delete Account
- Re-authenticate when prompted (you will need to sign in again to confirm)
- Confirm the deletion
After deletion, you are signed out immediately and your account is permanently removed.
Troubleshooting
I did not receive the email verification link
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not there, wait a few minutes and try again by re-submitting the email change request. Make sure you typed the new email address correctly.
I cannot sign in after changing my email
Use your new email address to sign in. If you signed in with email/password, the new address replaces the old one. If you signed in with Google or Apple and changed your account email, your social sign-in method is unaffected.
I forgot my password and cannot sign in
Use the Forgot Password link on the sign-in page at account.tattoostudiopro.com. A reset link will be sent to your registered email address.
I want to remove a sign-in method
Contact support if you need to remove a specific sign-in method (for example, unlinking Google from your account). This is not currently self-serve from the Account page.
