If your payment failed, your data is safe. Nothing has been deleted. You just need to update your payment method and renew your subscription.
Here’s how to do it based on where you subscribed.
If You Subscribed Through the App Store (iPhone/iPad)
Your billing is managed by Apple, not by us. To fix a failed payment:
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Find Tattoo Studio Pro in the list
- Tap it and update your payment method, or resubscribe if it was cancelled
Once Apple processes the update, open Tattoo Studio Pro and go to Settings > Subscription > Restore Purchases to sync your subscription.

If You Subscribed Through Google Play (Android)
Your billing is managed by Google. To fix a failed payment:
- Open the Google Play Store app
- Tap your profile icon (top-right)
- Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
- Find Tattoo Studio Pro and tap it
- Update your payment method or resubscribe
Once Google processes the update, open Tattoo Studio Pro and go to Settings > Subscription > Restore Purchases to sync your subscription.

If You Subscribed Through Our Website (Stripe)
You can update your payment method directly in the app:
- Go to the web app at
app.tattoostudiopro.com - Go to Settings > Subscription
- Click Manage Subscription — this opens the Stripe billing portal
- Update your card details
Your subscription will renew automatically once the payment clears.

After Updating: Restore Purchases
After updating your payment method on any platform, do this inside Tattoo Studio Pro to sync:
- Open the Tattoo Studio Pro app (mobile or web)
- Go to Settings > Subscription
- Tap or click Restore Purchases
Your full access should return within a minute. If it doesn’t, wait a few minutes and try again — it can take a moment for the billing platform to confirm the payment.
Requesting a Refund
If the failed payment was a charge you want reversed, refunds are processed by the platform that took the charge:
- App Store (Apple): request at reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google Play: email support@tattoostudiopro.com from the email address tied to your Google Play account, and include the amount charged and the date of the charge
- Web (Stripe): email support@tattoostudiopro.com with your studio name and the charge date — we can issue Stripe refunds directly
Still Not Working?
If you’ve updated your payment method and restored purchases but still see “Subscription Expired”:
- Check that you’re logged in to the correct Tattoo Studio Pro account (the one you originally subscribed on)
- Make sure you’re restoring on the same platform where you subscribed (e.g., if you subscribed on iPhone, restore on the iPhone app)
- Contact us at support@tattoostudiopro.com and we’ll sort it out. Include your studio name and the email address on your account.
Your Data Is Safe
Expired or lapsed subscriptions do not delete your data. Your clients, appointments, forms, and settings are all preserved. Full access returns the moment your subscription is active again.
