The Email Preferences page lets you control which types of emails Tattoo Studio Pro sends to your account address. You can turn off marketing and newsletter emails while keeping important account and security notifications active.
To manage your preferences, go to account.tattoostudiopro.com/email.
Communication Preferences
Each category can be toggled on or off independently. Your current preference for each category is shown as a toggle switch. Changes take effect immediately after you click Save Preferences.
Newsletter
Periodic emails covering topics relevant to running a tattoo studio. This includes industry tips, business advice, and occasional feature spotlights. Disabled by default for new accounts.
Promotions
Special offers, discounts, and promotional announcements. This is separate from the newsletter and only sent when there is an active offer relevant to your account. Off by default.
Product Updates
Notifications about new features, improvements, and changes to Tattoo Studio Pro and related products. You can manage updates per product if you own multiple Tattoo Studio Pro products. On by default for products you own.
Security Alerts
Emails about important account activity such as sign-ins from new devices, password changes, and email address changes. These are sent automatically for your security. This category is on by default and strongly recommended to keep enabled.
Account Activity
Transactional emails related to your account such as subscription confirmations, renewal reminders, payment receipts, and similar notifications. On by default.
Certain emails are required for the operation of your account and cannot be disabled. These include password reset emails, email verification messages, and critical billing notifications. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect these.
How to Update Your Preferences
- Go to account.tattoostudiopro.com/email
- Review each category and toggle the ones you want on or off
- Click Save Preferences
- A confirmation message appears when your preferences are saved
Your preferences are tied to your account, not your device or browser. Changes apply everywhere you access your account.
Unsubscribing via Email
All marketing and newsletter emails from Tattoo Studio Pro include an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Clicking it immediately unsubscribes you from that category of email. You can resubscribe at any time from the Email Preferences page.
Troubleshooting
I am still receiving emails after turning off a category
Make sure you clicked Save Preferences after making your changes. If you saved and are still receiving emails, allow up to 24 hours for the change to fully propagate across all email systems. If the problem persists, contact support.
I am not receiving emails I expect (like renewal reminders)
Check that Account Activity is turned on in your preferences. Also check your spam or junk folder - emails from tattoostudiopro.com may be filtered by some email providers. Add the domain to your safe senders list to prevent this.
I cannot find the Email Preferences page
Sign in to account.tattoostudiopro.com and look for Email in the left navigation. If you do not see it, your browser may be too narrow - try expanding the window or look in the navigation menu.
