Studio Details

The Studio page in the Account Portal shows information about the studio your account is linked to. Managers can edit everything here. Staff members can view the details but cannot make changes.

To access Studio Details, go to account.tattoostudiopro.com/studio.

Who Can Edit Studio Details?

Only the studio manager (the account that owns the Tattoo Studio Pro subscription) can edit studio information. Staff members who have been invited to the studio can view the page but all fields are read-only for them.

If you need to update studio information but you are a staff member, ask your studio manager to make the change.

The studio logo appears within Tattoo Studio Pro and helps give your studio a professional look. Managers can upload and remove the logo from this page.

To upload a logo:

  1. Click the logo area or the existing logo image
  2. Select an image file from your device
  3. The logo uploads and saves automatically

To remove the logo, hover over the logo area and click the X button that appears.

Image requirements: Images must be under 5 MB. Formats like PNG (with transparency) or JPG are supported. A square or close-to-square image works best.

Studio Details

The studio details are shared across everyone linked to the studio. Keeping these accurate ensures that information is consistent across all staff accounts.

License numberYour studio-level license for records and regional compliance. Optional but recommended if your jurisdiction requires it.

Click Save Changes after editing. Updates are applied immediately for all accounts linked to the studio.

Not Linked to a Studio?

If you see a “No Studio Found” message when you visit the Studio page, there are two possible reasons:

You do not have a Tattoo Studio Pro subscription yet. Subscribing to Tattoo Studio Pro creates a studio automatically under your account. Once you subscribe, your studio details appear here. See Subscription Plans to get started.

You are waiting for a studio invitation. Staff accounts are created by invitation from a studio manager. If someone has added you to their studio, check your email for an invitation link. Once you accept, the studio details appear on this page.

Leaving a Studio

Staff members can leave a studio from the Danger Zone at the bottom of the Studio Details page. Once you leave:

  • Your account is unlinked from the studio
  • You lose access to Tattoo Studio Pro until you are invited to another studio or create your own subscription
  • Your personal profile and account data are not deleted
Managers cannot leave

If you are the studio manager, the Leave Studio option is not available to you. This prevents studios from being left without an owner. To transfer studio ownership, contact support before attempting to leave.

Troubleshooting

I can see the Studio page but all fields are grayed out

This means your account is linked as a staff member, not as the manager. Only the manager can edit studio details. Ask your studio manager to make any necessary changes.

Studio name is wrong and I am the manager

Click the Studio name field, type the correct name, and click Save Changes. The update applies immediately across all linked accounts.

I left a studio by mistake

Contact your studio manager. They will need to re-invite you from within Tattoo Studio Pro (Settings > Staff Management > Invite Staff). You will receive a new invitation email.
