The Templates page in the Account Portal is where you browse, purchase, and access premium tattoo website templates. Each template is a one-time purchase with lifetime access and includes a visual customizer so you can make it your own without writing any code.

Subscribers: Your Website Is Included
If you subscribe to Tattoo Studio Pro, a website is already part of your plan. You don’t need to buy a template.
At the top of the Templates page, look for the card that says “Your website is already included. No purchase needed.” Click Claim my website to get started, or Open the website builder if you’ve already claimed it.
The template purchases described below are licenses, and they’re optional for subscribers. Buy one only if you want to download your site as a ZIP file to host somewhere else, or if you want to keep the files in case you ever leave Tattoo Studio Pro. If you go that route, the purchase buttons on this page read Buy a license, with a note that it’s not needed for your included website.

Available Templates
Two template types are available:
Studio Template
A full multi-page website designed for tattoo studios with multiple artists. Includes team pages with individual artist profiles, multiple portfolio galleries, a services section, and contact information. Best for established studios that want a comprehensive online presence.
Artist Template
A focused personal brand site for solo tattoo artists. Showcases your portfolio, style, and booking information in a clean single-artist layout. Ideal if you work independently or want a site that represents you specifically rather than your shop.
DIY vs. Done For You
For each template type, you can choose how you want to get your site built:
DIY (Do It Yourself)
Purchase the template and set it up yourself using the built-in visual editor. The editor lets you customize everything without writing code: swap out text, upload photos, change colors and fonts, and publish when you are ready. Good if you want control over the process and are comfortable working through it yourself.
The visual editor is designed to be straightforward. Most people have their site customized and published within a few hours.
Done For You
We build and launch your website for you. After you purchase, you fill in a content form with your studio and artist details, your brand and design preferences, and your photos, and our team builds the site from what you submit. The service includes the template itself, so you end up with both a finished live site and the ability to customize it further on your own whenever you want.
Done For You is ideal if you want a professional result without spending time learning the editor, or if you simply want it handled.
Your first year of website hosting is included. After that, hosting is $100/year on the card you paid with, and you can cancel anytime. If you subscribe to Tattoo Studio Pro, you get free hosting and won’t be charged for it.
Purchasing a Template
To buy a template:
- Go to the Templates page
- Browse the available templates. Click a template card to see a preview and details.
- Choose between DIY or Done For You
- Click Purchase or Get Started
- Complete checkout through the secure payment form
Templates are a one-time purchase. There is no subscription fee for the template itself. If you publish your site and want it hosted online, you’ll need a hosting plan (see Website Hosting). Done For You includes your first year. Tattoo Studio Pro subscribers get this covered already, as described above.
After Purchase
Once you complete your purchase:
- The template moves from the purchase options to your active templates
- A Customize Template button appears on the template card
- Clicking it opens the visual editor where you can start making the template your own
If you chose Done For You, an amber Don’t forget to submit your content card appears at the top of your Dashboard and the Templates page. It stays there until you submit your content. See Submitting Your Content below for what the form asks for.
Submitting Your Content
For Done For You orders, we build your site from a content form you fill in yourself. Find it on the Templates page: click Submit Content on your purchased template card.
If you are a Tattoo Studio Pro subscriber, look for the Use my studio info button at the top of the form. It pulls your studio name, location, phone, email, website, logo, hours, services, and artists from your account so you do not have to retype them.
The form is not one and done. You can save your progress, come back later, edit it, and resubmit, and you can add photos after the fact from the summary view.
Have the following ready before you start:
- Studio and artist info: studio name, location, contact details
- Social media: links to your profiles
- Brand and design: your preferred colors, a tagline, and the style you want the site to have
- Pages to include: choose from About, Portfolio, Services, Aftercare, Policies, and Contact (Home is always included)
- Services: each service as its own row, with a name, description, and price written however you price it
- Artists: each artist as its own row, with a name, title, specialties, bio, and Instagram
- Business hours: for each day of the week
- How clients book: choose one -
- your own Tattoo Studio Pro booking form, embedded on the site (only available if your account has a Tattoo Studio Pro studio)
- another booking tool, by pasting a link or an embed code
- no online booking
- Photos: your logo, a hero/cover photo, a studio photo, a headshot for each artist, and up to 60 portfolio images. Photos are uploaded directly in the form and resized automatically as they upload. You can only add an artist’s headshot after that artist has been saved, so save each artist first.
If you paste in an embed code for another booking tool that we cannot apply automatically, our team adds it by hand during the build.
Accessing Your Template Later
Your purchased templates are always accessible from the Templates page and from the Dashboard under My Products. You do not need to do anything to maintain access - it is a one-time purchase with lifetime access.
Troubleshooting
I completed purchase but the template is not showing in my account
Refresh the page. If it still does not appear after a few minutes, sign out and back in. If the issue persists, contact support with your order confirmation email and we will sort it out.
The Customize Template button is not appearing
Try refreshing the page. If you recently completed a Done For You order, note that our team builds the site from the content you submit in the form - the editor is available but you may want to wait for the finished version before making changes.
I completed a Done For You order but do not see the content form
Look for the Submit Content button on your purchased template card on the Templates page, or the amber reminder card at the top of your Dashboard or Templates page. If neither appears, refresh the page. If the issue persists, contact support with your order confirmation email.
Can I switch from one template type to another after purchase?
Each template (Studio Template and Artist Template) is a separate product. If you purchased one and want the other, you would need to purchase the second one separately. Contact support if you bought the wrong one and need help.
