Account Dashboard

The dashboard is the first screen you see after signing in to account.tattoostudiopro.com. It gives you a snapshot of your account and quick access to everything you own.

Account Summary

At the top of the dashboard you’ll find your account summary card. It shows:

• Your name and profile photo
• Your studio and your role within it (Manager or Staff)
• Subscription status for Tattoo Studio Pro (Active, Trial, or Expired)

If you have an active Tattoo Studio Pro subscription, a Launch App button appears here. Click it to open the app directly at app.tattoostudiopro.com without having to navigate there separately.

If you are on a free trial, the summary shows your trial end date so you know how much time remains before you need to subscribe.

My Products

Below the summary, the My Products section shows a card for each product you own. Products that can appear here include:

• Tattoo Studio Pro - Your studio management subscription. The card shows your plan name and subscription status. Click it to go directly to the Subscriptions page where you can manage billing.
• Website Template - If you have purchased a Studio or Artist website template. The card shows which template you own. Click it to open the template customizer.
• Website Hosting - If you have an active hosting plan. The card shows your live site URL. Click it to go to your hosting dashboard and manage your domain and settings.

Once you purchase a product, it moves from Explore Products into My Products automatically. You do not need to refresh the page.

Explore Products

Products you do not yet own appear in the Explore Products section. Each card gives you a brief description and a link to learn more or get started. This is where you can discover:

• Website templates for your studio or personal brand
• Website hosting to publish your site with a custom domain
• Any other Tattoo Studio Pro products as they become available

Clicking a card in Explore Products takes you to a product page with full details and a purchase option. After purchasing, the product moves to My Products on your next visit to the dashboard.

Navigating the Portal

The left sidebar (or top navigation on mobile) gives you access to all sections of the account portal:

• Dashboard - This page. Your starting point.
• Profile - Your personal information, photo, and professional details.
• Studio - Your studio’s name, address, logo, and license info.
• Account - Sign-in method, email changes, and security settings.
• Subscriptions - Manage your Tattoo Studio Pro plan and hosting billing.
• Templates - Browse and purchase website templates.
• Hosting - Manage your published site, domain, DNS, and email forwarding.
• Devices - View and manage all devices signed in to your account.
• Email - Manage your email notification preferences.
• Portfolio - Manage and customize your portfolio website.
