Account Portal

The Tattoo Studio Pro account portal lives at account.tattoostudiopro.com. It’s where you manage your personal profile, studio details, sign-in settings, connected devices, and subscriptions. Most of what’s here applies to all users; a few sections are manager-only.

Signing In

You can sign in with:

  • Email and password - the standard option
  • Google - one-tap sign-in with your Google account
  • Apple - one-tap sign-in with your Apple ID

If you signed up with Google or Apple but want a password backup, you can add one from the Account page (see below).

Dashboard

The dashboard is the first thing you see after signing in. It gives you a snapshot of your account status and quick access to your products.

Account summary - Shows your name, studio, role, and subscription status. If you have an active Tattoo Studio Pro subscription, you can launch the app directly from here.

My Products - Cards for each product you own: Tattoo Studio Pro, website templates, and website hosting. Click a card to launch the product or go to its management page.

Explore Products - Products you don’t yet own appear here so you can learn more or get started. Once purchased, they move up to My Products.

My Profile

Your profile stores your personal details tied to your Tattoo Studio Pro account. These are visible to your studio manager.

Not Linked to a Studio?

If you see “No Studio Found”:

  • Subscribe to Tattoo Studio Pro to create a new studio, or
  • Ask your studio manager to send you an invitation

Leaving a Studio

Staff members can leave a studio from the Danger Zone at the bottom of the page. Managers cannot leave - contact support to transfer ownership first.

Account Settings

Manage your sign-in method, email address, and account security.

Sign-In Method

Your current sign-in method (email/password, Google, or Apple) is shown at the top of this page.

Adding a backup password - If you signed in with Google or Apple, you can set a password as an alternative sign-in method. Passwords must be at least 12 characters. This doesn’t replace your Google/Apple login - it adds a second way to get in.

Changing Your Email

  1. Enter your new email address in both fields
  2. Click Request Email Change
  3. A verification link is sent to the new address
  4. Your email updates only after you click the link

You may be asked to re-authenticate before the change is allowed.

Deleting Your Account

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Important: If you are a studio manager, deleting your account also deletes the entire studio and all linked staff accounts. You must re-authenticate before the deletion proceeds.

Devices

View all devices currently signed in to your Tattoo Studio Pro account. This page is only available to members of a studio - if you’re not linked to a studio, the device list won’t appear.

What You See

Each device shows:

  • Device name and platform icon (iOS, Android, Mac, Windows, web browser)
  • Last active time (relative, e.g. “2 hours ago”)
  • App version and platform
  • Location (if available)
  • IP address (if available)
  • Expandable “Device Details” section with model, OS version, and storage info

Your current device is highlighted. Devices are sorted by most recent activity.

Renaming a Device

Click Rename next to any device to give it a friendlier name - for example, “Front Desk iPad” or “My iPhone”. This is for your reference only and doesn’t affect sign-in.

Deauthorizing a Device

Click Deauthorize to sign a device out remotely. The device will need to sign in again to regain access.

If you deauthorize your current device, you will be signed out immediately.

Use the Refresh button at the top to update the list if you’ve recently signed in somewhere new.

Security Tip

If you see a device you don’t recognize, deauthorize it immediately and change your password from the Account page.

This overview covers each section of the Account Portal at a high level. Each section has its own dedicated help article with step-by-step details:
