The Subscriptions page in your account portal shows all your active plans - your Tattoo Studio Pro subscription and your website hosting plan (if you have one). Subscription management is available to studio managers only. Staff members see a message directing them to their studio manager.
Your Tattoo Studio Pro Subscription
If you have an active subscription, you’ll see a card showing:
- Plan name - the specific tier you’re on
- Staff limit - how many staff accounts are included
- Cost - price per billing period
- Renewal date - when your next payment is due
- Auto-renew - whether the subscription will renew automatically
- Billing platform - where you subscribed (App Store, Google Play, or Stripe)
Plan Tiers
All Tattoo Studio Pro plans include every feature. Plans differ only by the number of staff accounts they support. Annual billing saves approximately 30% compared to monthly.
The pricing calculator on the Subscriptions page shows all current plans and pricing. Check there for up-to-date numbers.
How to Subscribe

Managing Your Subscription
Click Manage Subscription on the subscription card. You’ll be taken to the right place depending on where you originally subscribed:
- App Store → Apple’s subscription management page
- Google Play → Google’s subscription management page
- Stripe (web) → Stripe customer portal where you can update payment, change plans, or cancel
You can only manage a subscription through the platform where you purchased it. If you subscribed on iPhone, you can’t cancel it from the web portal - you need to go through the App Store.
What Happens When a Subscription Expires
When your subscription lapses, your studio account loses access to Tattoo Studio Pro features. The studio data is retained, so if you resubscribe, everything picks up where it left off. Contact support if you have concerns about data retention.
Website Hosting
If you have a website hosting plan, it appears as a separate card below your Tattoo Studio Pro subscription. It shows:
- Plan - Website Hosting
- Cost - $10/month or $100/year (annual saves 17%)
- Status - Active or Suspended
- Site URL - your live site address (if published)

Hosting is billed through Stripe regardless of how you subscribe to Tattoo Studio Pro.
