Your profile stores your personal information tied to your Tattoo Studio Pro account. This is separate from your studio’s details - it’s about you as an individual user. Go to account.tattoostudiopro.com/profile to manage it.
Your profile details are visible to your studio manager. Keep your name and contact information up to date so they can reach you if needed.
Profile Photo
Your profile photo appears in the account portal and helps identify you in the staff list within Tattoo Studio Pro.
To add or change your photo:
- Go to the Profile page in the account portal
- Click your avatar or the photo area
- Select an image file from your device
- The photo uploads and saves automatically
To remove your photo, hover over the image and click the X that appears.
Image requirements: Photos must be under 5 MB. Common formats like JPG, PNG, and WebP are supported. Square images work best since the photo displays in a circular crop.
Personal Information
The personal information section covers your core contact details. All fields except your name are optional, but keeping them current helps with account recovery and communication.

Click Save Changes after editing. Your changes are applied immediately.
Your email address cannot be changed from the Profile page. To update your sign-in email, go to Account Security.
Address
Your address is optional and private to your account. It may be relevant for billing or regional licensing requirements depending on where you work. Fields include:
- Address line 1
- Address line 2 (apartment, suite, etc.)
- City
- State or Province
- Postal code
- Country
Click Save Changes after editing.
Professional Information
The professional information section is for details that relate to you as a tattoo artist or studio professional.

These fields are for your reference and records. Your studio’s license number is managed separately on the Studio Details page.
Troubleshooting
Changes are not saving
Make sure you click the Save Changes button. Navigating away before saving discards your edits. If the save fails, check your internet connection and try again.
I cannot change my email here
Email changes are handled through the Account Security page, not the Profile page. This is intentional - updating your sign-in email requires email verification for security.
My photo is not showing up
Photo uploads may take a moment to process. Try refreshing the page. If the photo still does not appear, check that the file is under 5 MB and in a supported format (JPG, PNG, WebP).
